To view the status of pending orders, you can visit the order history page while signed in to your account for registered customers. If you are not a registered customer you can easily signup with us on our account login section. You can always track order Kaithra here.Your orders will be itemized by number and you can view the details and status of each order by clicking on the related order number.
CHANGES
MAKING CHANGES TO AN ORDER
Unfortunately we are not able to change out the items in an order once the order has been placed. We can however cancel an order at any point before it ships out. You can then place a new order for the correct product. To cancel an item contact our customer service team with your request in kaithramarketing@gmail.com
CANCELLING AN ORDER
We recommend ifyou cancel your order (instructions below).You may cancel your order by contacting customer service, but due to time difference,we cannot guarantee customer service will receive your request before the order ships.

- Please note orders can only cancelled before its shipped. Usually shipping procedures with in a working day. Your orders will leave our premise within two working days once the order is placed.
RETURNING YOUR ORDER
We understand that purchasing jewelry is a big decision. Please note that we do not accept returns on jewelry items unless they are defective. If you believe your item is defective, please reach out to us with clear photos of the issue, and we will assess the situation.
For your protection and to ensure that all items are inspected properly, we highly recommend recording an "open box" video when you first receive your jewelry. This helps prevent any potential disputes and provides both parties with clear documentation in case of issues.
